Darett, issues aside, when you get a chance, can you please pop a note on here to say whether or not you are able to ship the HIDs in the near future? If not, I'll order a set elsewhere so it's not an issue, just want to know so as not to end up with 2.

Thanks for understanding Jim, and thanks for all those who have shown patience and understanding in the past two weeks.

I have been unable to even get in front of a laptop until today, however tried to text everyone who I had contact details for.

It's been a tough past month, and my Wife's health would have always taken priority over anything else.... Although I apologise for anyone who wasn't kept in the loop or caused any inconvenience.

However, Jim, Kopite's kit's are packaged as of yesterday and leaving Monday. Spider's kits will be packaged on Monday/Tuesday and leave then.

Neo your replacement ballast, and spare bulb you purchased will be packaged Monday and leave then as well.

Lee, I tried PM'g a few times but please let me know your bank details so I can pass the £50 today. All I have is your paypal address, however I need to verify some bank details on my paypal account before I can use it to send funds through, so as soon as you can pass your bank details I'll send it immediately.

Thanks for keeping everyone updated Kopite, it's been much appreciated.

The guys offering the GB price can be contacted direct as well, rather than through me, so if anyone would rather contact them direct just let me know and I'll post their details.

Darett, just spotted your explanation post. Family always comes first mate, I understand that. Let me know if you managed to post my stuff on 9th as nothing has arrived yet. No panic if not, I'll just sit tight. Cheers

Thanks Neo,

I think your replacement is being delivered Tuesday/Wednesday. I'll send the tracking over the weekend.

Same here, I don't want to be a hassle bud, but mine didn't turn up, I'm worried that they've been sent but are now lost in the post.

Hey Jim, Not to worry I'll find out where it is and get back to you over the weekend.

Just drop me a txt on the weekend and I'll get back to you.

Thanks

Are they on eBay or something?

Yeah they have an ebay shop as well I think.

Anyone can contact them direct with any new enquiries as I have other responsibilities to contend with now and am now unable to run this anymore, but as said they're happy to continue to carry on.

There's only a few purchases that had an issue that I have taken personal responsibility to chase up and resolve for and will remain to be responsible for.

well ive had a set of 8000k and the blue tint was more than enough colour in your lights in my opinion. if u have too much of a tint ur gonna get hassle from the police, plus they are brighter as well as a different colour and may dazzle other drivers. if u want blue tint id suggest the 8 as the 10 might be over kill. i have a set of 8's as soon as i get my head light back il get some pics if u want to give u an idea.

I'm happy to be able to offer a GB on some very good quality HID kits.

The kits are Vision Performance kits, and come with a full UK 2 year warranty. I will be covering the 2 year warranty myself for all forum members.

All kits and sizes are in stock and located in London.

They have a full 2 year warranty, and are completely plug and play. The ballasts are Digital ballasts, and the bulbs have a 0.1% failure rate.

The sizes available are HB3/HB4 and the colours available are:

4300k

6000k

8000k

10000k

12000k

The ballasts are completely weather proof and water proof

Below are some advantages of Xenon lighting over conventional halogen.

A 35W HID light produces up to 3 times the lumens and more closely approximates the color temperature of natural daylight than a 55W halogen bulb.

Greater visibility: The combination of more light output and whiter color make for better visibility in rain, snow and night time driving.

Longer Life: HID lamps will last on average 10 times as long than halogen bulbs.

Less Maintenance: Xenon runs cooler than your traditional halogens, therefore it will not melt your housing. This product has been designed to offer higher levels of water and heat resistance

In one kit each member will receive the following:

# 1 Pair of HB3/4 Bulbs (Colour of your choice)

# 1 Pair Digital Canbus Ballasts

# Full UK Instructions

# Cable Ties and Fittings

J-Spec headlights will need HB3 bulbs, and UK spec headlights will need HB4 bulbs.

Other sizes are also available in stock if needs be, e.g, H1,H7, H3 etc...

And if anyone wishes to also convert their fog lights it will be a H3 sized bulb.

The price is £50 per kit delivered to anywhere in the UK.

And we need a minimum of 5 people to constitute the GB.

So if anyone wants top quality HID's then put your name down.

hi, have you any of these left, i want dipped beam 6000k, cheers.
