nevins
not worth it, new quarters are bad enough. If there is heavy front end damage its been left for a reason. You could buy a tt for the cost of getting that back to running standards.
jackso11
how about some pics of the front end?

James
Ouch. If the chassis was totally fine you could use that and put brand new panels all round (big investment) but have a "brand new" Supra from the ground up.

Matt H
It's certainly doable as long as it's not bent, but whether it's worth it or not is another question. Those pics don't give much clue. As long as the person buying the shell did all the work, there's no reason why it couldn't be turned around (if not bent). It looks like it's already been striped of parts. Will need another breaker to complete it. Pain in the arse, but possibly doable. Edited June 16, 2010 by Matt H (see edit history)
Dnk
Its a piece of scrap metal if its got heavy front damage, hardly worth getting upset about considering how many there are in one piece for sale here now and for bugger all money. Its a car not a dog or a horse etc
evinX
Hehe theres light at the end of the tunnel for this one!!! my mate bought it:D Just wanted to hear the comms about its scrap etc etc;) Last we knew of her, she was a single turbo, looks like the owner put her into hiding. Was a fab project:)

evinX
Is it on the register Cat D or C ? It wasnt recorded, its not even in this country which is why he went through with the build becuase getting a supra there will cost like £15-20k, so this was a possible way to get the dream car. Matt H
Yes I'm suprised that was allowed to be repaired considering the chassis damage. Would have thought the lack of nearside leg and the mangle of the offside would have meant it couldn't be put back on the road.
