You're right, I clearly PhotoShopped my pics lol.

 

You can't go by charts, side by side comparison is the only way to show it properly. Cold cathode is as white as you will see, look at the 4300 in comparison to them in my pic, then look at the 6000's.

I contacted Albery at KR before I bought my HIDS. Being UK spec lights, he only had one set left in 10000k. I was concerned they'd be horrificly blue, bordeline purple. He assured me they'd be fine, and he wasn't wrong. Pictures and video seem to exagerrate the blueness. Seeing the car in person makes it look clean white.

Albert at KR pointed out that the shade varies with every set. Small amounts but noticeable. So it may depend on the quality of the set bought too. :search:

 

Err. What's cold cathode then? :innocent:

 

A cold cathode is a light that isn't tinted by heat. You can very accurately project light with them. A white cold cathode is as white as it gets. Andrew must be having eyesite trouble at his ripe old age. He see's blue here...
