Alex
Couriers are useless.... Can anyone suggest one that meets these criteria? 1) Deals with the public 2) Will take a 2m x 1m x 50cm package 3) Doesn't charge the £390 TNT want!! (FFS) I've tried; Nightspeed; TNT; ShittyLink; ParcelFarce; DHL Express; DHL Global (the most reasonable at £90 but I still think that's a rediculous amount) Help needed as I'm p1ssing off a BBS member by not getting a bumper to him
Faye
Alex, Keith and I have access to a rather large van which could help you out if you can't get a courier. It will also stop my mum moaning about the fact the bumper hasn't turned up yet and that she can't get in the garden!
SilverMachine
Email 'Dino V' on here. He has links with UPS. He might be able to help you. Gaz

I think they were trying to get rid of ya! Gaz.
Alex
That was off the web site...then I did the ring back and they still said "...click bbburrrrr..." when i mentioned it was a public to public pickup and drop off. I expect I'd have more joy if I could get the item to a courier...but if I could do that I'd have just delivered it myself...should'a strapped it to the front of the Supra! lol Think we have a better solution now, which won't involve insurance claims for damages in transit. Soop Dogg
How about getting your mate with the transit to take it up to Business Post on Delta Close (Off Vulcan Road)? They don't charge an arm and a leg and they've always been ok for me. Even for large packages like doors etc.
Alex
He's not available during opening hours of the couriers....which is another useful aspect of courier companies.
MichaelG
Dont talk to me about Couriers, had the same problem recently ...... my cousin wanted a front splitter sent off so i phoned round, Parcelfarce wouldnt take it as they said their max length was 3 feet and the rest of them said they didnt do public to public deliveries and i needed an account nowadays..... So it now seems that if you want a large box sending around the UK then basically unless you have a business account your shafted !! Great country we live in........... Alex
Yeah but do they take 1.8-2m packages? A lot of places have a limit at 1.5m Do they have a website?
