Harry Sachs Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 I think it all depends on when you sell it, as if you sell it say just a few days before ebay send out your monthly statement, then you may well be charged. Although should it transpire that the buyer fails to pay, then they would credit you with the fee they charged. On the other hand, you could sell the car with a few weeks before statements are due to come out, then after raising a NPB claim, the fee would more than likely be waived. If you are putting it on with a buy it now price, you should choose the option that requires immediate payment. That would eliminate once chance of being burned.
