I'm disappointed in the ref. But then again, why am I surprised? He is English after all :rolleyes:

 

 

What's that meant to mean?

 

The ref had a good game, he showed restraint and did not make any rash judgement.

 

The fact that Spain still managed to win the game despite being kicked all over the pitch says it all.

I think that Spain played very well this world cup, soccer practice a very attractive, I expected more of Holland, and the referee ....

 

Spain entered the history of world champions, congratulations!

Agreed, I actually felt a bit sorry for him because both sides were committing bad fouls continuously, he didn't want to send anybody off in the World Cup final and ruin the occasion. Yet, the players didn't help him at all.
