tooquicktostop
As usual the Germans look like they actually want to and can win it !
RiceRocket
Haven't been on for a while. You think? It's a bit one sided bud lol. You win Hahahhaa, the training has been awesome! Did you see any of it on the TV? No, a quick summary or video? Thought England deserved the win overall IMO. Another 10 minutes of Crouchie and I reckon they'd got the goal required. So next match for viewing for me is Tuesday night- Brazil v N Korea.

AndrewOW
Ibtj Loverly jubberly. Is the World Cup on? I hadn't noticed. At least it keeps the youbs indoors for a bit, but I've never seen so many police about. Expecting trouble, perhaps?
AndrewOW
I can't stand Alan Green. IMO he's the worst commentator in the business - and that's saying something! I'd probably watch more of this, but for the commentary. I just hate all of it. Facts and figures, and if I had a pound every time '1966' is mentioned. I'd be able to retire by the time England are knocked out!

sdistc
They do look good Yes, yes they do. Don't let my disappointment in my country's team suggest that I don't think Germany are very very good. They're simply a level of class or 6 above us.

sdistc
Germany ftw. The world cup that is. Sorry Andy, I reckon England would look as bad against ze Germans Well, if ze Germans (haha I keep getting Jason Statham in "Snatch" saying that in my head) keep timing their runs to the absolutely split second they'll beat anyone. I kept saying "offside!!" until I saw the replays.

supramkivcork
@ Supra Size Me : Owen Hargreaves ? oh and a few of these gents also ! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_England_international_footballers_born_outside_of_England Most countries do it if they have someone with the necessary ability to compliment the side . Ireland had a side with plenty of uk born players back in 1988-2000 early part of those years were considered the best that "Irish" football has enjoyed to date... Scott
By quite some way the most impressive side, so far. I do think Australia flattered them a bit though, they wouldn't be so comfortable against other sides in the competition. Saying that they are a fairly consistent team and do tend to keep their head. Looking good though, nice to see some properly flowing football
