Swampy442
I had that problem on my old Aristo, turns out it was a split pipe from the air tank to one of the actuators.
Guest Nickwan
well what did you do about it then?
Swampy442
Erm, replaced the pipe? It was a rubber/silicone piece
Guest Nickwan
well if you have a pic of my engine can you then tell me were the pipe is?
Swampy442
If you post a pic up I can identify it for you. Best bet would be to go round all the rubber pipes and check the condition of them

Chrisbeast
Looks like the big intercooler hose which runs above your air filter isnt quite pushed home enough. Best to have a good look over every hose connection, as mentioned earlier! Chris. Ian C
The sequential system is a complex thing, have a look here for a description of how it works, where all the bits are, and some ways it can go wrong: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=35926 And some more handy pictures here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=35925

Ian C
Well I'm trying to work out exactly what the problem is that you're trying to solve here What are you expecting to happen and what is actually happening?
Guest Nickwan
well maby im just wrong but i thought that the NM curve should go up all the time and not dive? that guy that did the dyno test on my car said it looked wired that the NM curve dived between the 2 turbos? and the second problem is.. i took the car to a dyno test and i only got 356HP (i hat a cat on at that time, i have replaced the cat now with 3" pipe) and as far as i know my car have the BPU so shoulden i get close to 400 HP ? and can the cat be the reason why i only got 356 HP ?
