Aerotop shell

Im just wondering, i had a search around but not seen an answer.

where could i get a aerotop shell from?

 

I am talking about a bare shell, also how much would i be looking to pay for one?

it will be hard to find one, the non-aero shells ive seen normally go for £300 ish

I want an aero tho as i have a nomal tt hardtop, but was talking with a friend about finding a shell and tranfering what we can

You'll be hard pressed to find an aero top shell only that hasn't been in a smash or is Cat C/D, they are very rare. Your best bet if you want a conversion is to hunt for an NA aero or a damaged/blown GZ aero.

 

That said they do come up, mainly as complete cars from time to time, but it's rare to see one that isn't a premium price.

i have noticed prices going up again, when i was looking before i got my tt, there were a few aeros priced between 2k and 3k with ticket n tax, now most are price over 4k, i only paid technically 4k for my tt.

 

But cheers homer i will keep my eye out, but sods law il save some cash spend it in something and one will come up
