Why the rev counter swap keron?

the na and tt ones are different. (just the mech behind.) when you go na - tt, if you dont change the rev counter (not the face...they are the same) it wont move.

NA Tacho can be converted to the TT by changing the resistor.

hmmm...

A quick weekends work with the soldering iron could sort you right out Keron ;)

Lyndon is there any how to guides for this?

Not really. There is a 47 ohm resistor (the first one you come to when tracing the -ign signal back from the screw terminal) in the na tacho board. This would need to be replaced with the resistor from the turbo tacho (I'm sure someone on here can measure the resistance of this and post it up). You can remove it completely and use a piece of wire as we do on Stand Alone's (but then we have control of the Tacho Pulse Width).

The wire trick should work on a stock TT ecu and there is a spark out gap built in to the oem PCB for piece of mind should it spike.

What colour do these light up Keron? So they'd be a straight swap for another NA manual cluster - even though mine doesn't have the cruise or slip control?

yes straight swap...blue backlight.

still for sale...
