Think we're aiming for mapping around 10th Aug. :)

 

Yeah TDi aren't keen on autos but we have the manu mode function and he's happy to do it. I think its more like on the big dyno days they dont like doing loads of them.

Its well worth it, from talking to Jamie, Lee and Dude i would always go with one now when going for bigger numbers mate ....... do it :)

And not quite so flash but equally as important, picking up some winter wheels today - will also need them while i wait for the SR's to arrive from Japan.

Yeah Lee's going great on it mate.

 

Our main sticking point was getting the Full Race DP work with the turbo and the manifold. Thats now sorted.

 

The plenum side is having lots of attention now, obviously loads of things need moving to fit it including relocating the battery to the boot.

 

The BL drag box will probably be going in within a week or so too.

 

In a way im kinda gutted im going on holiday on saturday for 2 weeks as i like going to see the car being built!! :)

what are you doing with the arch's?

 

 

Will give the front lip a tight arch roll and it will be fine.

 

Hoping to get away with the same on the rears but may need to give them a tug and a paint over.....will see how they sit when they arrive! :)
