Luxluc
Yeah .. 235 or 245 will certainly look better than 225 .. plus a little bit more grip in the corners will not be bad neither.
Jamesy
yeah maybe a 235 - i just want to see a pic of a 235 on a 9.5j rim to see "the stretch" Edited October 28, 2010 by Jamesy (see edit history)

Have baldy do what he did to mine a cut and mold in the JDL rear arches looked great and near on stock plus simon did a fantastic job
Jamesy
Yeah Wayne i loved what he did for you. Gonna chuck the wheels on next week and see how they fit. As id like to run a big wide tyre i reckon the jdl route is best. Just not sure about blending the lines with my trial rear yet.

supradibbs
may give you a better idea dont completly mould the trial rear in on the back edge of the extension so you still have a line to follow on the car

Did u ever have a trial rear witu those jdl arches?
supradibbs
He did a great job of it mate. Did u ever have a trial rear witu those jdl arches? No but trust me it would work perfectly, the arch extension if done like mine would come down and meet with the top of the trial rear bumper, blend in the arch as i did but soft blend the top edge of the trial bumper it would look awesome. Never fully blend a trial rear looks shite

Jamesy
Spent a couple of hours treating the new wheels to the Poorboys stuff Stonkin suggested....will give another coat Sunday and then get the tyres fitted end of next week once i get it back from Ryan. Have decided to go for 225/40/18 tyres for the fronts, and my 295/30 R888's for the rear Loving these wheels, well worth the wait During treatment: Edited October 29, 2010 by Jamesy (see edit history)
