Celica gt4 smoking when sat in traffic

This is for my brothers car, he's asked on the GT4 owners Club but the answers that have been suggested have all been checked and none have resolved the problem.

When the engine is hot( there's no smoke on start up) and the car is sat in traffic it starts to smoke. Turning the engine off then back on the smoke stops. Theses no play in the turbo and no sign of oil in the induction side as all pipe are clean of oil. There is a one way valve on the cam cover that goes to the intake after the throttle body but that has been replaced. Both side of the turn have no sign of oil. A compression test showed all 4 cylinders at 12psi mark, so no leaks there.

Any one have any ideas as the only thing left is a valve stem seal but don't know how to test this.

12psi compression? Do you mean 120?

Yeah that ^.

Its normally cylinder three that would be low as the ringlands go.

Pull the dip stick out when its hot and see if there is any smoke emerging.

Oil level ok?

Was the compression test done when it was hot as this is really the only way to check for failure.
