Jamesy
Well my 7 hour round trip is complete and now home withthe wife's new car....very impressed. Its a Leon Cupra R which has been maintained by JabbSport and now running 285bhp @ 1bar (pefect for the school runs ). Oil changed every 3k, drives like new! I want one now!! Cant get over just how versatile they are - great mpg, rear doors for kids, big boot, fully loaded and loads of OPMPH!! If anyone got any tips or advice on maintaining them feel free to share http://cdn.images.pistonheads.com/aimg/1704/1704423-1.jpg http://cdn.images.pistonheads.com/aimg/1704/1704423-2.jpg http://cdn.images.pistonheads.com/aimg/1704/1704423-4.jpg

Supra Gaz
Nice looking car, more power than the Golf that it's based on and cheaper. The wise mans choice. Nice seats too. Cool car
jevansio
Really like these as a hot hatch, which I had bought something like this as a daily drive TBH

Jamesy
Trust me i didnt want to hand over the keys when i got home.... Without a dount the best car i've had for an all rounder - shes off out now "getting used to it" down the cuckfield bypass!! Although its 285bhp its not too aggressive and just pulls really strong and steady through the rev range!! So far so good!

juanchan
Very nice. My mate has just sold his Cupra and I think he found handing the keys over quite hard, which is odd considering he'd bought a 350Z to replace it!

Not to sure if a mark 4 golf r32 would pursuade me more though! yeah we looked at the Golf R32, Audi S3, Focus ST and the Cupra R, but for the kids/performance/all rounder issues the Cupra R came out on top for us - loved the Focus ST but their still holding their prices quite well for the decent ones
RobD
I think you made the right choice! Think I may be getting the misses one when she finally gets a license
