Paul372
Hi, i got to work today fine in the supe temp was ok and everything, no warning lights on etc, but when i turned the car off someone spotted out to me that there was coolant leaking from my supe. So i got on the floor to look under the car and spotted quite abit of coolant dripping down near the back of the engine block. I thought it might be something to do with the heater matrix, a pipe must have gone but i don't know really where to look. Has anyone got a diagram of the pipes near that area so i can go through them and check them all this weekend please or have got any other ideas what it could be, thanks

Swampy442
Have you been losing water? Have you had the a/c on?
keron
also there is a pipe right at the back of the head in the center. goes to the bulkhead/matrix. sometimes it can come lose or split. have a look. a little hard to see down there but worth a shot. ive had one in once with a split one and the customer drove it around like that, lost coolent, blew the hg. hadyn
Yeah its the water pipe at the back of the engine block. The rubber hose has probably split. It is a nightmare job DIY
michael
Is the water from the leak hot or cold? Does it smell of anything? I'm going to jump on the air-con bandwagon for now, hope it's the case
Paul372
no i haven't had the air con on and its just coolant, i will look and check the water pipe near the back of the block, i think keron might be right
