JohnK
Buying it is one thing, insurance (if they bother) is possible, but the running costs should cripple them. I have already heard through the grape vine of someone trying to obtain second hand brake discs as new ones were too expensive.
paulp
its just a phase the mags are going through at the moment, not long ago it used to be fiestas and corsas done up on the front covers with weedy 1.0 engines because of insurance, and then it used to to be cossies and rs turbos and novas. At the moment the most fashionable car seems to be japanese for the looks and the power and availability (i blame the impreza) give it another year and the chav mags will have new shape fiestas and clios back on the front
Aerotop Dave
I did see the 'Why your next car must be Japanese' writing on the front cover and was tempted... ...but went for FourFourTwo instead.
RobSheffield
interestingly enough, a friend has a copy, and showed me.....i laughed at the NA TT confusion, and i laughed at the stupid comments....stopped laughing when i saw Mkivsupra.net get a mention and the dawning realisation of where all the new influx of 'newbies came from!!! MARTIN R
I dont understand the problem TBH. Lets face it you will get pricks and chavs driving all makes and models and as long as the majority are not driving Supra's I can live with it
SUPRALOOPY
they'll never be able to keep them on the road. they are bloody expensive things to keep...(like women ) how many chavs are going to get in a modded supra, go to the petrol station and get mates to rally round for £20 that will last about 1 hour of hoofing, and thats if they don't write it off

SUPRALOOPY
My supra is owned with pure passion of having a very good looking, fast and reliable car. i don't use it every day (can't afford to ) and every time i look at it i smile! i know they are very expensive to keep and don't care. and in my oppinion if you don't feel like that then you won't keep your supe for long speach over i'll get me coat!!!!!
