Advice on a new car

Well, my job is going very well, I have just been given a pay rise and promised another one in August, so to celebrate, I intend to get a new car in September/October. So I am just in the research stage at the moment, but wanting to get a few ideas, this is not a replacement for the Supra before anyone asks.

Anyway, my requirements:

Can't cost more than £25k, preferebly a bit less.

Can't be older than 2005(unless it's a 911)

Needs to be OK on fuel(anything below an average of 25mpg is out of the window). Diesel is most desirable to me.

And the most important part.......it needs to look like a drug dealer car:d

So Far I have on my list:

E90 BMW 325d Coupe M-Sport

Range Rover Sport TDV6

Any suggestions welcome

25K is a nice budget to have, I purchased a new C200 CDI Mercedes in Dec and I have been very happy with it, I had some AMG wheels, skirts, parking sensors and leather which took it over your budget but the entry level is nice and 50MPG

The other option is to get a real AMG merc, I had a E55 before and they are a stunning piece of kit

The Range rover is also good or an Audi RS4

It's nice, but I'd rather had a 330d Coupe for the same money to be honest.

I might have a look at them cheers, can't justify buying one new though, can't bare the depreciation.

I dont think anything says drug dealler than this:

Erm, I doubt a 4.2L V8 Range Rover will get my required MPG:D

with that budget i'd look at BMW 330D, great cars and great performance and you'll get a lot of change.

If you want real pimp go for a 6 series, you may struggle on the MPG tho.

Yeah, I like them, it's definetly one of the choices.

Speak to JohnnyG about his torque monster 535d. Remapped to some serious figures.

I do really like the look of the 335d, 3 Litre Twin Turbo Diesel, apparently there rather rapid:)
