ray007
whats up with yours ray hi buddy, my mechanic damaged it whilst putting the engine in and used one from the n/a?? Ryan G worked his magic yesterday and got the car fired up, it just purrs beautifully. To start the car i had to use a booster pack, but every time as soon as i take the booster pack off the car dies immediately, definitely the alternator. Hows your 1jz running? had a chance to get it mapped yet?
Andy-No-Knee
Get onto Soarer World and email Smiffie. He has about 7 or 8 breakers with parts ready to go. [email protected]

little num
if your mechanic fitted a supra alternator then the plugs on the back will be different, unless you have the soarer plug that fits in the back (3 wires) then it wont wire up.

ray007
if your mechanic fitted a supra alternator then the plugs on the back will be different, unless you have the soarer plug that fits in the back (3 wires) then it wont wire up. you wont believe my luck, i managed to get the alternator with the plug, however there is no wires sticking out of the plug so literally impossible to connect, luckily another beaker has a spare, so another £15, and off the road another 3 days, fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong.
