juanchan
I've noticed a fair few people who've changed their forum names state "formally known as...". Shouldn't it be "formerly known as...."? I like mine, throwback to uni days and all.

tbourner
I've always been tbourner since my very first logon name at school, so I use it everywhere.
DodgyRog
I always imagine when I am buying/selling stuff, that people question dealing with me because of my forum name. It originally came from when I used to run my pub and a few of us used to play a bit of poker, I was known for making some Dodgy calls and the name stuck with me. When I was driving the lorries I don't think my boss found the name in the window particularly amusing, but most of my regular customers used to find it funny. Not sure I would ever change it now, it's my gamer tag on Xbox and PS3 and I use it as my name on any forum/game I can. I am now thinking if changing my surname by deed poll...... H. I think you might as well Harvard:innocent:
Chris Wilson
I was VERY dissapointed to find out JamieP did not look like Burt Reynolds. I don't think Jamie is too worried, Reynolds looks like you would expect an ingraciously ageing Hollywood rouee with serious financial problems to look, (*uggered)
Al Massey
Well just got my name changed. Will be easier to explain myself now when i speak to people
Abz
I am surprised mine was not taken, simple & to the point. Noticed a lot of people have been changing forms names back to their actual name. Gives it a closer community & more of a personal touch. I know a few people at meets who used to be embrassed when asked about their forum names. Abz
Excuse my ignorance, but what the hell does ABZ mean? Chris it is just a shortnen nick name for my full name (Abdin). I have been known as Abz throughout school & work. Some people find it easier to pronouce, for others it is the "new thing" to shorten names. Abs, abdominal muscles? I take it he's a body building enthusiast? A lot of people think that, you can still see my Abs but you might have to squint though I do plan to have them well in same this year to live up to the name

Don't worry Michael, I do get that a lot as well but thankfully you can disguard your mental image. I personally have always thought you were the real Michael, with your quirky character & wit, but could never image you like this http://compassconversations.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/michael_jackson.jpg
