Al Massey
Right guys i might be putting up my manual N/A shell for sale soon. It will be rolling on standard suspension and only space saver wheels, will be stripped out interior with no doors, bonnet or boot, the engine works a treat at the but i will be taking my bling intake manifold and exhaust off. What do shells normally go for and would there be any interest? Im not wanting to be greedy and get the most i can, i just want to know if its worth it or keep it and build up a second supra as im currently building an aerotop which i plan to TT and manual any way cheers for looking

Homer
£500 seems to be about the going rate for rolling shells.

Homer
Well that was based on only 3 ones I know that have sold this year. Thinking about it they were TT ones, but had no engine or drivetrain, not sure how that converts to the value of this one, but can't be too far off. evinX
Going rate should be around £650-700 for a decent one with panels, yours...a generous £200 id say:)
evinX
If i were you, £200 isnt that much tbh, hold onto it, if its legit, save it for a later project imo;) £200 is like a few days works worth:)

marc_p
What's wrong with his shell? (probably missed something!) I think he meant that this one doesn't have panels(i.e. boot bonnet, doors, etc), but I still think it's worth about £500 for a straight shell. Al Massey
What's wrong with his shell? (probably missed something!) Theres nowt wrong with it. Ive got an aerotop shell that im working on and after ive finished the hardtop will be surplus to requirements so thought id see if it was worth selling as a shell to someone on here. If there not worth much than i may just use it as another project and restore it to original and sell later on maybe
evinX
What's wrong with his shell? (probably missed something!) I only said £200 beccuase of the panels are missing, i got me a manual shell about 3 years ago for £800 delivered, v5 present, wiring loom, doors, boot, bumpers, trims, wings, lights and all glass...and now prices are lower, it was straight to, so just worked it out that way:)
