Vnt are already available from BorgWarner and are used on porkers ;)

True but arnt they relatively small in size?

Apparently these VNT turbos are going to be in similiar frame size to some of garrets t4 range currently. Dont hold me to that but according to a few people i know of this is the next big thing for tuners?

Someone already has them on a RB26 engine. They're currently fairly small by our standards, but large enough to use on the Porker 3.8 flat 6 to get 620bhp.

I've always said, a Supra with a DCT, VNT, electromagnetic suspension and a decent electronic diff would be amazing. Lots of development involved, but it would really push the UK scene forward. Just needs someone to take the leap of faith :D

VNT is an awesome Technology. High Boost at Low Revs and still enough Airflow to support higher HP Numbers.

Had two Types on my Previous Volvo S40 1.9 Diesel. The Smaller put out over 1bar at approx. 1700 revs with a max of 1,3-1,4(which also was his limit) the bigger had over 1bar at 1900 and can put out a max of 2,1bars with possibility of 2,3 Overboost. :D

Sadly didt'n have the car mapped cause the Supra came in the way ;)

A Supra with VNT twins would be... oh jizzed my pants :D:d
