Is there any chance of another date for this year? has santapod been asked if there is any free days?

Be a shame for there to be no suprapod in 2010, we could also try shakespere county raceway for any available dates.

Didnt want to say anything but yes we are seeing if another date is available for this year.

Shakespear have always said we cannot do exclusive hire with them, we have to take on one of their RWYB days and allow anybody to come along and sign up.

Once we have an answer from Pod and have worked out if it is feasible I will let you all know.

thanks

They should invest in a roof for the track, even if it's made out of a hell of a lot of tarpaulin and scaffolding :)

Obviously the mods had a lot of time to discuss things like that, it was one of the many ideas we came up with to save the day. If it was a tarmac surface there would be no issues with water, but it is a special rubberised surface that turns on to an ice rink when wet.

They should get some kind of roller shutter door kind of thing from outside shops (but a lot longer) and roll that out to keep the track dry when it rains/not in use.

What do you lot think the sticky stuff they spray down smells like? Strawberry gobstoppers is my thought.

Sorry I missed everyone this morning. I thought it was still the middle of the night when I awoke at 09:00 desperately thirsty and trying not to think about how many brain cells I destroyed.

I couldn't have cared less about the rain, despite standing in it for hours trying not to get stickers and sign on vouchers all wet. As usual the immense enjoyment was to be had in the evening, I too hope I didn't offend anyone?

Fantastic time, you're all wonderfully special people. (Well most, and some are definitely very special)

Special mention to Ian and Sharon for the ride in the NSX, sorry I started a line up ;)

My cousin and I stayed overnight, we had a right hoot. The mini lot had their 'mini party in the park'. The bar was open with the funfair (drunk dodgems are awesome :D ). They had a blues brothers tribute band then music afterwards. It was quality.......I was smashed :D

You must be one brave guy, was thinking of you whilst we were in the warm, dry pub watching the rain pouring down with all the thunder and lightning going on as well :drown: you must have thought you were in a nightclub with all the flashing lights
