bradleyh_15
Sorted, I'll leave the limiter in then That's what it was last year as I went across the line over 100mph but under 110mph and was not asked to wear a lid! Fingers crossed the weather is good enough! Edited August 13, 2010 by bradleyh_15 (see edit history)
Stonkin
If I don't bring the Supra do I have to let anyone know in advance? I believe you will need to let Steve know the reg of the car you are coming in mate, if racing
Stonkin
It's over 110 across the line you need a lid! Anyone got a spare if I need one this year? Will be some £ in it for you! Stonkin did you get everything sorted yesterday? No i didnt mate, turbo needs sending off to be checked out. I could run it at 1 bar and 90% duty cycle but i'd end up worrying everytime you put your foot down if its gona go pop. Bit daft for the sake of 1 day, if it could be repaired cheaper than replacing. Dnk
I think it works by if it goes over 100mph on the 1/4 you need a lid mate Personally i think if you go on the strip no matter what your terminal speed is you should wear a helmet, seems pretty daft to me to even contemplate doing a run without one on.
