Failed MOT [SAD][/SAD]

Just had my MOT done on my GZ and i failed on abs lamp not illuminating.

I know i need to check the bulb, but to be fair i've never seen the ABS light lit on her since ive owned it, not felt it engage either, not sure if they are linked but trac light has never worked and i know that bulb is working. Since coming in i checked for relays and fuses, and i found these missing (marked with red stars).

Anyone have any ideas?

just today have unplugged the little cluster and brought it indoors ro resolder,

looks like dry joints on my circuit board.got my mot next week.

I wasnt aware they could fail it on that? I've had the fuse pulled from mine and it went through ok. What about if the abs was removed? Would it still fail?
