Finished the shuts, this coming weekend I will do behind the doors and underneath of boot / bonnet then I can bolt these back on and thats my bit of the painting done. I went over onto the body on purpose by a couple of mm just so when the car is rubbed down with the boot and doors back the shut /spray line is covered so no thin sliver line will appear.

Busk kit fitted sorry theres no pics of this I will do it for the otherside I decided to stick with powerflex if I have to replace them in under 10k miles then atleast it will be easier to change plus I had already got them , I used a hole cutter to cut the bushes out had to buy the right size but they just fall out this way ,then used a hacksaw to remove the metal insert, also painted hub and arms and undersealed the whole arch.

Looking good :)

What type of paint have you used on the calipers?

Cheers mate , same as the car really used a primer , then basecoat white, then 2 k clear lacquer. I have always done it this way in the past and the paint has never come off due to heat , good thing is with the clear coat the brakedust does not eat into the colour and its easy to clean.

Hello mate, thats not a standard clutch cover, you dont need that bit you were talking about anyway.

Looking good, coming along nicely.

Ta

Cheers mate :) thanks again for the advice.

lovely looking engine bay mate, might have flicked past it but what turbo/ kit is that??

Cheers dude , its a Whifblitz bw 91/79 0.91 A/R single kit took me a while to decide but the bw kits have made some good power and Paul offers a warranty on the manifolds to.

http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/9841/dsc02241g.jpg

Plan is to paint the bonnet and just have the blades left in carbon

http://img574.imageshack.us/img574/8572/dsc02242.jpg

After a while I found routing the wiring this way none of the chunky wiring loom has to be cut just the lights and abs and to 2 block connectors going to the engine will need to be made longer still allot of work to do to make it all neat.
