erol_h
Im just painting my house and the old owner painted the door frames and skirting boards in either a matt or silk paint. I want to paint them with a gloss paint do i need to rub down the surface with sandpaper to help the paint stick or just go for it.
Ian W
If you want to make a good job of it, I'd give it at least a quick rub down first
