Help : Fuel pressure regulator wires

Recommended Posts

Yesterday, I was cleaning the cars of all sound wires that I didn't use and I cut by accident a wire from the fpr that goes in the car or may be in the boot.

They are 2 wires on the fpr, one goes to the earth and the second one I cut.

Could you help me telling me where does it go ? :taped:

Looks like a (rather large) fuel pressure sensor. Are you sure you don't have a fuel pressure gauge anywhere?

What ECU is it running? Is the red wire the ones that's cut?

Most likely the wire will run into the passenger footwell...

I've just contacted the previous owner, he just told me that was a sensor for a previous fuel jauge, so I just have to disconnect the wires and that's it. I'm saved :)

My ECU is an AEM and doesn't use this sensor

There's no reason why you couldn't connect it up to the AEM. Even if you don't use it for anything, you'll be able to log it.
