Wyntersun
Hi all, is there any members on here that trade in making number plates up for members? My car is at the sprayers and thought I would get some nice shiny new number plates made for when I get her back Thanks

Supra Gaz
Try no1 show plates, they did my front plate, you can customize it anyway you want. If you google 'small plates' it is the first result.

Brazil
Hi guy’s I got mine from a company on the internet called fancyplates you can design your own and choose the size, I have used them a few times and delivery was within a week of ordering On the website that I look they said that because of legal complication, what they do is make the plate with the template you chosen. But you have to stick the numbers on your self with stickers they provide is this right..? How do these plates look like after 6months..? Wyntersun
Im thinking of ordering a set from Demon plates. But im only after a standard looking set (front and back) so maybe just better of going to my local motor factors and getting them to make them??? Brazil
Why are the rear plates yellow by the way...? do they reflect less for safety reasons...?
Wyntersun
Why are the rear plates yellow by the way...? do they reflect less for safety reasons...? No idea, but hopefully someone will know on here! They used to be black plates with silver lettering, but that was pre 1973
Brazil
No idea, but hopefully someone will know on here! They used to be black plates with silver lettering, but that was pre 1973 I don't like the yellow at all...! it would of been better in white like the front one..! They are both reflective so it should not make a difference...!
Wyntersun
I think its something to do with the only white reflecting or lighted part on the back of the car can only be the reserving lights. You can tell which way the car is traveling with white-front and yellow-back. only answers I can find.
