I like the sentiment, but not really sure how practical it would be (I'm loosing my eutopian views and replacing them with synical ones...)

Mayor of London promises full wi-fi coverage by 2012

In time for the Olympic Games

That said, he doesn't exactly inspire confidence, but I personally think he is a brilliant character :)

And this quote is classic

It's thanks to Google that all of us sentient adults spend so much of our lives grazing absently like ruminants on this vast Serengeti of information.

My Dad met him, said his quite a humble fella.

I personally think he is a wacky character but likable, his much better than Ken Livingstone!

I know he is wacky and that is what appeals so much about him... compare him to other politicians and he actually has some charm and almost an air of humanity ;)

Yep! Not the smartest man if he went for MP but he would be a damn sight better than Blair or Brown.

I was watching his "Who do you Think you are ?" last night - it was fascinating - illegitimately related to french nobility and a direct descendant of Ali Kemal, a Turkish minister who was lynched by an angry mob for opposing Ataturk, Turkey's first Prime Minister in 1922.

Almost as British as our Royal Family.
