JamieP
Bang a socket over them or weld a nut to the locker.

Robzki
I had 2 completely rounded as in no square faces at all on my wheel nuts, courtesy of the local tyre monkeys. used these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000QW6K8I/ref=asc_df_B000QW6K8I658261?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&tag=googlecouk06-21&linkCode=asn&creative=7974&creativeASIN=B000QW6K8I to remove them. they grabbed the bolt so tight that they sheared 1 tee bar 2 snapon extensions and knackered the mechanism on 1 snapon and 1 mac ratchet because unfortunately they are only 3/8 drive. these all broke with a 4' box section for leverage and certainly took some force. I was absolutely desperate at the time, don't usually treat my tools like this. but it does show how well these bite on even a round section. I bought 2 sets ages ago one main set and 1 they call an expansion set with all the sizes the first set doesn't have. They may be worth a try.
