Rob_Mitchell Posted May 19, 2010 Share Posted May 19, 2010 i dont care what anyone says that duraflex is a load of s**t, we have been fitting kits for years and years and to be honest if you want good fitment then a good fibre glass kit is the way to go replica or genuin. that duraflex is seriously poo we did a rx7 a few months ago and the customer paid a small fortune for it and the fitment was seriously shocking. If you can, buy a genuine kit, they are tough and fit brilliantly hit the nail on the head mate, but even some replica kits are good compared that crap lol. you cant really cut corners when it comes to bodywork imo it either makes the car or destroys it. evinX Posted May 19, 2010 Share Posted May 19, 2010 Id go with fibreglass over plastic, becuase they are popped from moulds to, if its of, if has to go in the bin. Atleast fibreglass can be, cut/joined and reshaped easily...unlike the plastic aftemarket bumpers that come from moulds like the fg bumpers...
