Scott
As above, just out of curiousity. I remembered a for sale thread where the owner claimed it was a UK spec he was selling due to having all the bits and bobs changed over and it got me thinking about general differences between UK & Jspec cars. Does the UK spec have the indicator on the left?

Abz
Interesting as normally all UK cars have them on the left handside
Scott
Yeah Abz, that is why I was asking. I know there are exceptions to the rule, seems the Supra is one of them

Bobbeh
Interesting as normally all UK cars have them on the left handside Older Jap cars always had them on the right... the left was a Euro/US thing.. (I think) but new Jap cars also have them on the left now.

Scott
True, but the uk supes were built in japan.... Are the R35's not also built in Japan? Lots of cars are still made in Japan but come over with the stalk on the left. The one more modern car I was thinking of was the Impreza. The UK model has the indicator on the left, J-Spec versions have it on the right. My mate had a 2000 UK spec and it was on the left.
Westcoaster
Until the early 80's, most UK cars had the indicators on the right as standard. We drifted away when the car industry died, Japan didn't!
