Guest Budz86
As tittle really. My NA has a 110 mph speedo in it, but looking to change it for something with more numbers! Firstly, I take it they are plug and play? Also, is there anything else I need to consider? Edit: Also, I'm possibly on the look out for a new boot carpet as mine is filthy! supra steveo
they aint plug and play mate, you need a TSD that will convert KMH into MPH (well if i am right ) then you will need to source a new dial face ........... ever looked into the el-glo dials ? Guest Budz86
I've got a Thor de-relimiter already, and my current speedo reads in MPH, but the dial only goes to 110. I forgot about the el-glo's tbh, but I still want a fairly stock look inside so not sure if they will be the best choice

supra steveo
reverse-glo?? can get them in what ever speed set up you want too
RobD
All you have to do is take the facia off the speedo! You should have the 180kph dial underneath!
evinX
Just get a ebay facia, with the km/h and mph on it...if you want more numbers youll have to delimit and all that stuff
RobD
If he's got the convertor he shouldn't need anything! The 110mph dial he has is a facia on top of a facia, remove this and fit the convertor he should have a 180 speedo
pistonbroke
Enough numbers for you? Look better than stock IMHO.

Guest Budz86
Those dials are Tom, where did you get them? Although it's an NA, no need for the 220 mph! Overkill I think!
Guest Budz86
Still not sure what you mean Rob? Speedo was originally (I presume) in KPH, but it now has a MPH face and reads in MPH. If I take the MPH face off, surely the readout on the KPH will then be wrong, unless there's a way to re-calibrate?
pistonbroke
they are reverse el-glo. you can get them that only go to 180mph if thats what you want. You can get them from the group buys that go on here regularly. They change colour too, they switch to green if you prefer.
RobD
If you have a Thor delimiter I'd imagine you've got a speedo convertor just not wired up! Locate the Thor delimiter and see if there's any extra wires coming out of it!
Guest Budz86
Tom - Nice one, I've seen the GB's run, but never bothered getting in on the action. Rob - Thanks mate, I'll have to give Matt at AFR a call and see where he's hidden it!
