Chiefgroover
Fast fast car, 200mph + is easy, bottom end of engine is built for 1100RWHP (according to Dusty). NO expense spared, stands me over £60K for its development and final spec. Why buy a Supra @ £10K and throw another £10K at it to end up with a car with 1/4 fo this spec? I have done about 5K mile in it in total. The actual mileage of the car I dont know, but prob about 80K I wouldnt think that would be an issue as almost eveything has been replaced. Pictures can be seen on http://www.bigsupra.co.uk Current spec is more accurate in this post. Also see this thread for developement work http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=198585&highlight=ECC and dyno 665BHP with twin 3" race cats in place! you can expect a little more with the supplied non cat pipe that comes with the car. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=101218&d=1258401453 This car has been rebuilt from a shell to a fine standard. A new colour and endless new OEM and aftermarket parts makes it seem more 2007 than 1993. The idea was to create a Supra that could handle town traffic driving as well or better than stock and also have a fast and dynamic track car. 28mph in 6th is sweet around town; clutch is smooth as stock; exhaust is quiet and not invasive; tyre noise is reduced to a minor level; and ride comfort is suitable for long journeys over various types of road. On the other side of the cars character, it handles extremely well, stops on a plate and, I have created a track day/road cruiser by careful component selection and tuning. Some parts I fitted that I thought were excellent buys were the Centerforce clutch which drives like stock and hold everything I have thrown it and makes no noise unlike the many multi plate ones I have used, also the TRD diff, massive improvement in traction. The forged wheels deserve a mention I was surprised at how different the car felt on the road after fitting these. The Tanabe touring exhaust also, quiet around town and sounds amazing on boost. Miguel
Good luck with the sale Ernie. A lot of time and money has gone into that car; someone is going to get a bargain.
AndyT
Good luck with this Mr Groover. I've been a fan of you're attention to detail for a while. The car is definitely worth 22k. Another car is up for 25k that's worth 30 of anyone's money. Purely because of credentials of who built it. Then there's another that's just not worth it. I'd put your build right up there at the top. Fantastic car, a real credit to you and good luck with the sale.
Chiefgroover
Thanks for the comments guys. I'll give it three more weeks then i am breaking it. Chiefgroover
yeah like many thousands spent last year on custom fab. I think your average supra buyer would be oblivious to what that grade of work is about and indeed the careful selecting of components though
Branners
I'm surprised this one has not gone abroad to Sweden or Holland. They seem to scoop these types of cars up. Wonder if it would be more appealing if it was over in England as they only need a single ferry journey then. Perhaps ask Jurgen to help?

pedrosixfour
Immense car. Tiny price. Best of luck with the sale Ernie. Even though I want your front ARB I really hope you don't end up breaking it. I think it would be a very traumatic experience to watch the vultures descend on something that so much time and effort went into perfecting.
