WRONG, 20 1992 mkivs are still around, only 1 is around on the net, its a yellow race car now, but its 1992! check the registery, 20 1992 mkivs were released.

And also i cant believe you lot, look at the length of the bootlid-bumper length between the lights. thats not normal.

I wouldnt take much notice of that pic at all, even a blind man could see its been badly photo chopped, some of the lines dont even match up

EDIT: for starters half the rear wing is on the boot lid and half on the wing with some very dodgy blurring around the area

Nooooo man, the end of the spoiler on the left side goes onto the arch, you can see the extra bottom bit lifted to meet the spoiler on the arch thats seperate from the spoiler

Erm yeah OK, I am sticking with bad photo chop :D

as stated above its a photo shopped image imo. I cant see a way that the exhaust could be fitted like that with them being safe and functional.

1. the fuel tank

2. the chassis setup

3. the car would have to be chopped to bits.

Erm, kev, they were pre-production prototypes :D That's normal with any new model that's being produced and all will have been destroyed shortly after.

The one you've pictured is a kitted jspec car. Hyper-Rev is a magazine.

Does anyone else remember the pics of the early pre-production cars? They were absolutely ghastly looking!

Ive seen those ones, all flubbered shapes etc.

But seriously man, there were 20mkivs released in late 1992!!!! trust me man, supraforums had a big thread on it, pre production meaning they were sold before the line started, not the prototypes...thank god those things were crushed...well 1 still lurks in the toyota museum lol

There were no Mkiv's sold before April 1993 Kev, where the heck are you getting this information from? :D

Pre-production cars are not allowed to be sold since they are will not be type approved. They are nearly always destroyed. They have a virtual tour if you want to check yourself.

There's quite a few Supra's in the Toyota museum but they are only MKIV's production bodied ones.
