dr_jekyll Posted May 12, 2010 Author Share Posted May 12, 2010 yea i see what you mean. but my q1uestion is still why have the largewr turbo feeding the smaller turbo and not the other way around, i thaught the idea of compound charging was for the big boost with minimal lag, eg the small turbo spools the large turbo quickly? If it was the other way around (like the pic) the larger turbo would take all the energy/pressure out of the exhaust gases/exhaust pulses even b4 it reaches the smaller turbo thus stopping it producing early boost correctly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
