a passenger ride in one of these cars with this BW turbo would be a massive help!

I like the BW 91/79 a lot, have done a lot of research and they seem to be a very good compromise, and easily capable of 700hp with the right supporting mods.

the key thing for me is how well they spool up. i really dont want it laggy but am happy to sacrife some of the amazing spool of the GT35R in place of nice nice raw POWER!! :)

Both would be an idea. Smarty's car is in a much higher state of tune - you can then compare the two setups. For instance, mine has stock cams and internals.

Its best to see what there like mate.

A decent amount of money and a main part of the build so you want to be happy with it.

Thinking of ordering cams from Dusty before my orders ships this Wednesday. Do you want in mate before it ships.

exactly mate - as Lee was aying yesterday the turbo is absolutely key....thats why i want to make sure i get the right one.

I do like this 91/79, and also like the Billet 67mm dbb - i believe that one spools up a bit earlier too.

Na im going to leave the cams for now i think, just get it built and dyno'd and see whats happening to it. (be interested to hear the price though) - was recommended to use Brian Crower for cams at a great price :)

That manifold is divided, the T4 flange has two ports instead of one large open one.

You can run what ever turbo you want with that manifold, its not a good idea to put a divided turbo like the 88/75 on a undivided manifold, the center of the T4 flange gets to hot and breaks up.

so that means i can use an undivided turbo on an divided manifold?
