Cerikbok
Minor changes of course. I like the sleek look of it. However I am arguing with myself about degrading an already ultra rare front bumper. Thoughts? AblFlug Type 2 AbFlug Type 2 (Modified)
evinX
Go for it, its all about adding your extra touch, its not anyone elses bumper so do it:D
Cerikbok
Go for it, its all about adding your extra touch, its not anyone elses bumper so do it:D True, but I just feel sort of wrong molesting a piece of Supra history ^ ^
ilicos
I would say that they add a ceratin degree of support/stability and maybe getting rid would compromise the integrity of the bumper? Then again....knock yourself out!
tooley
im with ili on this taking out those supports will in the end weaken the support of the bumper itself and you may open yourself up to the bottom panels flexing and turning upwards slightly
Robzki
Noooooooooooooooo!!!!! Tbh doesn't make a great deal of difference. I would leave it as is

Supra Gaz
I like the modified one, it's much smoother, your choice, I wouldn't worry about the whole 'it's a classic' thing, it's your car
heckler
I say keep as is...
keron
keep it as it is mate....my brother has this bumper on his and as its low hes always catching it and repairing it! it has cracked on him a few times around the part where you were going to modify it. so it must add a bit of strength/support.... Thanks for the first hand advice! The repair bill on it keeps climbing, might just bin it and go with the TS front [sAD][/sAD]
keron
Thanks for the first hand advice! The repair bill on it keeps climbing, might just bin it and go with the TS front [sAD][/sAD] TS front is nice too but the abflub is rare. ive only seen 2 or 3 with it on. plus the TS one does sit lower and it comes out more on the front so if you have speed humps around etc... if your cars lowered of course
Robzki
Yeah I'd bin it too.....wanna borrow my bin? I'm looking for a 'different' front.

Robzki
haha, tbh I'm looking for a project so if you do decide to have a change. I would have to respray any aftermarket bumper as silver doesn't seem to be the 'in' colour, so repairs are always feasible.
Branners
instead of removing the cross bit just paint it black, means you have the strength and it looks like it is not there. simples.
Ibrar Jabbar
Here's one I modified on my previous Supra
Cerikbok
Looks like my idea was not original at all!! Just been told it is going to cost far more to fix than just to replace. Going with the good old Bomex wide mouth to match my skirts ^ ^
