Robzki
I take it you blocked the pipes from the original bov? Are you making full boost? Is there no adjustment on spring pressure on the new bov? I have a blitz that has a nut allen key arrangement on top to allow more spring pressure
dr_jekyll
you can adjust the tension of the spring via the nut on the back

Robzki
Aaaah didn't see that on the original post, agreed, they are prone to leaking boost. Another good reason to have a good gauge. Have you got one fitted? the original bov is as good as any aftermarket(cept for the chavvy noise, or lack of it ) Edited May 11, 2010 by Robzki (see edit history)
