supra dan
ok so we have had the ferrari 430 lookalike, so who wants a lambo http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2007-EXTREME-MR2-TWIN-TURBO-MURCIELAGO-KIT-CAR_W0QQitemZ270570118540QQcategoryZ18290QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp4340.m8QQ_trkparmsZalgo%3DMW%26its%3DC%26itu%3DUCC%26otn%3D5%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D8677271331311478254
jevansio
£40k!!!, I'll take the "real" version of a car anyday, seen enough F355 replicas coming into my mates MR2 garage to know that no matter what car it's made into it's still an MR2, I'd rather have a stock MR2 anyways
supragold
I've seen some of these before. The ones i saw have all the panels molded from a genuine Murcielago.

Abz
and not a twin turbo either It actually is a twin turbo. I personally think it is not a bad effort apart from the dashboard! I have driven an LP640 before & it felt like I was flying a plane! I doubt the MR2 would sound like that, though still not a bad effort. Dave17
How is it a twin turbo? There is no room in the SW20 engine bay for another one. You mean twin entry?
JamieP
It actually is a twin turbo. No its not.
j80leo
I like the look of that, but £40k is to much.
RobD
They never made a twin turbo MR2 to my knowledge, twin entry seems right, like the celica gt-4's use! 40K is a joke! We often have a ferrari replica mr2 in at work, from a distance it looks the part, you get closer and see the spacers for the alloys alone, and you start to laugh! Matt H
Based on the usual comments I thought that would be aweful, but it's not, it's an awesome build! From a quick glance that is a lambo, and considering it has all the original parts (allegedly) moulded together it's quite impressive. Of course I wouldn't hand over £40k for it, but I do like it. Apologises I read the title & assumed he had modified it to run a twin turbo setup, read more futher into the details it looks like it was the twin entry! foggy147
Can never understand the point in making a car to look like something it just isn't. Complete waste of money

Tee from China
I've seen some of these before. The ones i saw have all the panels moulded from a genuine Murcielago. Also the chassis is a spaceframe and not any bodywork from the donor MR2 just the running gear and some of the interior(which is a shame as they do copies of Lambo dashes too) and not a twin turbo either But there never was a MR2 with a twin turbo engine just a twin entry single turbo - or are you being very very subtle here?
