Jurgen-Jm-Imports
How well do you think the transmission will cope? I thought they struggled with launch control in standard form? i did 24 launches and mine was fine with stock box.. but for the new spec i have here - uprated clutches, basket , seals, lock circlips, pistons, uprated 1st gear.. i hope am covered lol
Jurgen-Jm-Imports
Can't believe I've missed this thread till now. Great build Jurgen, looking forward to some more progress pics. Btw, I really like that white zircotec coating on the manifolds. Will it stay like that, easy to clean? i actually stained one of them as my hands were dirty from shop floor and i just got a cloth with water and it came straight off... Jurgen-Jm-Imports
Had a really good productive day with the Engine build.. Chris was on it most of day and with me helping out on the floor also things were sped up.. first job was to unwrappe the block and clean it up and torque up the ARP studs with the heads.. once all that was done we assembled the front cover and then the bottom end was all done aswell... things like this take time due to torquing sequences but i think we have done well for today as heads and cams had to be refitted etc etc.
