NOS
Can anyone recommend a good bluetooth car kit for my Supra? I have an iPhone. Thanks.
danwhite
Thb 9060 is the best Google that or pop on eBay they are loads on their and easy to fit as it comes with an iso loom in the box so plug and play. It has a colour screen which is detachable and is fully voice activated (and it actually works with all accents) Don’t get an old nokia one as it won’t work so well with the Iphone Dan
NOS
Thanks alot Dan, appreciate it. I did as you said and Googled it. While it looks impressive, another device caught my eye - a bluetooth rearview mirror. Check this out and let me know your thoughts! http://cgi.ebay.ie/Bluetooth-Handsfree-Car-Kit-DSP-rearview-mirror-FM-Mic-/260564458292?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Mobiles_Accessories_RL&hash=item3caada1b34
danwhite
Hi Nos That looks ok to me its not something i have seen before being in the trade but they are popular in the usa as you can transfer them to another car . The one you found will not mute the car stereo and the sound will only come out of the speaker built into the mirror . But for the price its worth a go . 4packet
Do these car kits work well enough in a car as noisey as the Supra (blitz Nur Spec R exhaust). Just fitted the top of the range Parrot to the gf's Focus and it seems pretty good, but always assumed the Supra would be less effective. danwhite
The Thb one has noise reduction etc and i have never had any issues with any i have fitted. I had a supra tt auto full bpu and i could still hear callers while driving , but it all depends on how loud your car is i guess ?.
