Driving like a Burke in norwood

Supra Gaz

Recommended Posts

To the driver of the dark blue stock turbo l reg supra i stopped last night in the Police BMW on whitehorse lane. I hope you are not a member on here, if you are please grow up, I can't believe the way you acted.

I have tried to tell my work mates that supra owners are bot chavvy idiots in 'pimped cars' but instead car enthusiasts.

You are a dork and have ruined supra/police relations in south London.

Thanks

from the embaressed copper

I would have gone all the way with a 69, that will teach him.

No 69's for him. I will be summonsing him for driving without due care and attention.

He undercut 2 cars, drove on the wrong side of the road for the length of 4 cars and then had the cheek to say we were picking on him because he drives a nice car. Um no. It's because he is a dork.

*Sigh* it's because of guys like this that I get pulled over by our Thames Valley's finest. It's fine, though I know I'm not breaking the law when they do it. I'd rather the police are pulling over suspect drivers than finding one parked in the side of my car.

:yeahthat:

Though I've not been pulled over in 10+years.

A copper driving a Supra ? Certainly a different breed of law enforcement to what we have here in Ireland, must be hard still though for you Gaz with certain prejudices still prevalent in the hierarchy ?

There are a few Police members on here ;)

He didn't have a mate in an R8 speeding along behind him, did he? I think he was late getting to a show somewhere near Canterbury. :)

Oh, that was a red one, unless he was a master of the quick change. ;)

Tasering is the least you could've done.

And how do you know how Alexandra Burke drives? :search::p

Can you get me a job then, as I new you would have him for driving without due care

Ye, good call. You don't want to be a police officer bow, the application process it ridiculous, they really do take the p!££, anyone in the job will tell you it's getting rubbish now anyway, they don't want police officers, they want social workers in uniform (no offence to social workers. My misses is one)

I no what your saying, I did want to be a police office till just after, I posted that, been offered a job in a bodyshop, so I'm sorted lol,

I don't no of a cop In my town that ain't bent, no offence to those who ain't and that, but none in the area do there job properly, I had a serious accident which was mechanical failure to cause the accident, accident investigated never produced a report, but I still had to attend court lol, and all the witness statements had different story, plus to take the pi55 one officer questioned me in abulance and breatherlised mr with out asking it safe to do so and I had a head injury, some the police really don't care or show any commitment but at least your doing your job and I'm pleased to hear it lol

Sorry I had to have that been meaning to get it off my chest since it happened

Just out of curiosity Gaz do you drive your supra to/from work or is it just a weekend car ?

Just wondering if you do what is the opinion of your guvnor on the supra ?

I drive it most days if I feel like treating myself over the trains. My guv is a good guy, he seems to like it, I think he is a bit of a secret petrol head...

No worries, the police in lincolnshire were ar*eholes to me many a time, lived in a small village between scunthorpe and lincoln just off the A15 up until aged 19. Must have been stopped 30 times in 2 years of driving, only the once was I actually doing anything wrong :innocent:

But tbh their jobs are hard, everyone above them gives them tough targets to meet whilst trapped in red tape, health and safety, paperwork, political correctness and human rights. But yes they should act with a proper professional attitude at all times as they are representing not just themselves but the force as a whole.

If they cannot act like that at all times whilst on duty then I think that they should leave the profession. Then maybe my missus might be in with a chance of applying successfully!
