Creepy 'film-like' moments

Just now I was out in my supe testing the new night-vision camera I got through the post the other day and of course at this time it is now pitch black dark.

I don't live on a road that is extremely well lit, but its lit enough to make out figures, cars and the road well ahead.

Anyway, I was messing around with it and with my head down configuring the units when I pop my head up and suddenly find a man standing ahead of the supe in the middle road staring blankly at me. It sent chills right down my neck. I couldn't make out what this guy looked like but he looked of the older generation from what he wore (longish beige coat).

So anyway, I stared at him for a bit, trying to make him out but I didn't get out of the car. He then turned and walked off slowly and creepily to the side of the road into the dark. I thought I'd better hurry up and stuff because I was expecting him to walk up behind the car and knock on my window.

:hunter:

So I got inside the house and locked everything up and I looked out the window to find him staring at the house this time. This time round he turned around and walked off up the middle of the road very slowly and back into the dark.

This has to be one of the most creepiest things I've ever encountered but at least I've locked everything up. We often have a bit of trouble sometimes around here where there have been suspicious events of cliff jumping (as I live on the cliff) and thieving, despite the fact it's an incredibly safe area during the day.

Does anyone else have any creepy stories like this?

The thought of you quickly getting into your house and locking the doors then peeking through your curtains. Hehe the mental image is hilarious.
