AndrewOW
Would you like to spend a few minutes to boggle your mind? These were taken off another forum, and it's very interesting! Both videos are around 6.5 minutes. Watch this one first... DSQ6rgH2D9M Or try here: http://tinyurl.com/363rp3t This one will make you think a bit though... mathew
i find these sorta things extremely interesting but at the same time soooo frustrating as its just too much to take in and even try to comprehend
Ian C
Ugh they cocked up the end of the second one by trying to blame it all on 'god'. Funny thing is, everything shown in that video has been worked out from phenomenal human scientific endeavour, of which pretty much none would have happened if we all believed in a god. God really means "stop asking questions". Why bother investigating any phenomenon when you can just say "the lord did it" tadaaa.
AndrewOW
Yes, when the words 'design' and 'creator' were mentioned I started to glaze over, but luckily that was right at the end of the (second) video.
Abz
I just a saw snip of the first video, looks very interesting. I'll have to take a proper look tomorrow, these things always amaze me.
Swampy442
i find these sorta things extremely interesting but at the same time soooo frustrating as its just too much to take in and even try to comprehend I agree, I get frustrated by the fact that, as a human being of normal intelligence you can never comprehend the numbers involved, the sheer scale. E.G. the nearest star is X light years away, X years at the speed of light. And theres a hundred billion stars in out galaxy, and a hundred billion galaxies in the universe. And, the universe is basically just maths on a blackboard

Guest BHP>MPG
Why is the nooma nooma song whacked in the first video? Luckily I kept watching it and was very fascinated. The second video is crap to be fair, only explains just how far away everything is in simple terms
