I've seen a few people saying about there Diff coller's leaking ? Quick question... I know its under the rear drivers side wheel, but how do i get to it to check and clean it ? and what does it look like ? (A smaller intercooler ??) And where can you check the level in it and fill it up from ? Just checking as i've never cleaned mine and i think i should......Lots of questions...

Many thanks....

Craig.

j-specs don't have 'em for the same reason they don't have bonnet vents etc....

German / Autobahn's....

The UK spec is ALSO the Euro spec.

The extra cooling was because the j-spec doesn't cut it on the Autobahn's day after day...extra cooling was added to make sure it all stayed in one piece.

Also they know us Brits rag the fcuk out of our cars so they also made an allowance for that.

The diff cooler sits behind the rear vent just aft of the passenger door....any air to oil cooler you can mount in that area will suffice..try Mocal, or a stock unit.

If it's not there you could always try the drivers side :p

You can't really just plumb in a cooler as the UK spec uses a pump to shift the oil to the cooler and in turn back again.
