Well, the best way would be to put in a "jack Dempsey", he will sort things out - And you will never have to worry about any of your "golddies" ever again....

Btw, the notorious name has not been given for laughs, its a mad bastard, just like the boxer they got there name from....Had a pair ones, in a big and very well decorated fishtank, well until they decided to redecorated it and broke the fishtankheater. :0)

Cichlid = Tropical

Goldfish = Cold water

After my last thread with my killer goldfish, I've done eveything I can think of to sort it out, bigger tank etc etc.

 

Introduced 2 new fish today, the full gold and the canary, and within minutes he's after both of them. He's clearly an antisocial little bastard with a taste for cannibalism.

 

So what do you reckon?

 

 

hi give him to me i will take him fishing, i know some catfish who would love him:D

Might just be "inducting" them to "his" tank, showing them who's boss etc. I nearly always have this issue when introducing new fish to my 240l tropical tank, generally after a day or 2 the new ones find their place in the pecking order and things settle down :)
