Homer
Thx for all the feedback guys, I started work this afternoon, which was to remove the ps pump however when I actually took the belt off to remove it at the bottom of my under tray was the outer section of my crank pulley! It’s literally in two parts, sheared off clean? I didn’t notice last night it was getting dark and I was convinced it was the ps pump anyway. So it’s my crank pulley which has fallen to bits not the ps pump, Thx rob for the reply about the ps pump u had for sale much a appreciated mate but it’s a new crank pulley I need now, it looks like u might be able to change it without stripping the front down but I bet u cant....lol Looks like I better get searching for a new one on here. cheers and thx again, m. Where's the 'told you so' smiley? It's a bit of a pain to get the bolt off, but there's plenty of tips and tricks here on how to get around that. The rest is pretty simple, it's advisable (IMO) to take the rad out while doing it as it'll give much more room and avoid potential damage. I bought a 450Nm electric impact gun last week and its probably just over 350mm long with a 22mm socket on.

The AC rad is just infront of the main rad so you gain 5-7 cm by removing the main rad.
Chris Wilson
That's over a foot long! I doubt it will fit short of taking the air con condenser out, which means de gassing and all that faff with the Green lobby. I can get a CP air gun in with the rad out, but it's quite dumpy.
