Wow, retro.

 

Probably would be a nightmare first car mind. Not only would it be a maintenance nightmare but it's probably not very safe, and lets face, young people crash more.

 

I completely agree with your comment on safety, but there won't be many cars available that will be as easy to work on. Spares availability is great, and all maintainence is fairly easy DIY.

 

Would be a great 1st car to work on.

Aye, it would be easy to work on I agree, but I was refering to the amount of time that you'll need to be under the hood or around the body doing stuff.

 

It would be good I quess for someone mechanically minded I quess.

No the little smiley was an old memory of my mate, when he had one, he had a long metal bar and a lump hammer in his car so that he could reach the startor moter to hit it when it didnt start.
