Seb
Yeah, it's 300C, not 3000.
Kopite
so overtaking a police car at 106mph is only a 28 day ban and £1500 fine now?
JustGav
Ah yes, but did he at least indicate before he pulled out to overtake? gotta have manners *grin*
Matttrd
Well he's not the brightest of sparks maybe they took pity on him. Or they were United fans.

CJ
Or they were United fans. If he was stopped in London or the south east, they probably were But maybe he just "forgot" that there was a speed limit. He seems to conveniently "forget" about lots of other rules and regulations.

RedM
He should have said he was (wait for it.... wait for it) "just testing out the capabilities of his car".
MONKEYmark
further down page they have a srt8 doing high 13`s as standard with a 6.1 l engine THATS CRAP must be like a tank, they nasty looking cars :thumbdown The SRT8, with 85 more horsepower out of the larger 6.1 liter Hemi engine costs just a tick under 40 grand with destination. DCX is quoting the 0-60 times in the low 5-second range, quarter-mile time in the high 13’s and 0-100-0 in the mid 16’s. The SRT8 gets new front and rear fascias that include brake cooling ducts, a new decklid spoiler, body colored grill insert, mirrors and door handles. The SRT8 will be available in only Bright Silver and Brilliant Black. I hate that the SRT name has proliferated across all Chrysler lines including Dodge and Jeep. Each brand should have its ”own” high-performance name. Stay tuned for the Magnum SRT8 soon.
Matt_J
Ferdinand seems to like getting banned!
Ian R
Always thought he would get banned for this because of a poor defence
eldudereno
A couple of years back Ferdinand was at a F1 Grand Prix mingling amongst the cars on the grid and pretty close to the Ferrari's. Martin Brundle, I think it was, asked if he owned a Ferrari, he answered no, I cannot drive, I've been banned !...this was on live tv in front of millions at home! What can you expect from a guy with such a rediculous haircut! Getting back to the overtaking of the police car....it wouldn't have been so bad if it was unmarked but it was a bloody patrol car fitted with a large blue light and rather large orange pin-stripes! .
